Cabin Fever

PostFri Feb 26, 2010 3:46 pm

Beauty day here in Hickory, blowing 25-20 and 33 degrees. Needless to say my SF will remain alone in its rack. Anyone headed out tomorrow?

Rain expected tomorrow morning. After the rain I plan to meet a friend to run our boats since the fall. Bringing the rod & reel for ride to maybe catch some reds and trout. I'll post pics if I do. Just installed trim tabs, curious to see the difference.

Considering adding trim tabs to my 197 this year too. Anyone had any experience with Bennett trim tabs; saw a good deal on these?

Finally made it out yesterday and the trim tabs worked great. On the other hand the fishing was not so great.

I have dealt with lenco and bennett, i would go with the lenco. The hydraulic system that bennett has is a pain in the butt. Just my 2cents
