How's this look?

Dinner tonight:

I know nothing about cooking, trying to figure it out. I slowed down my grill use as I tend to blacken anything i cook.

Tuna steak, fresh from boone hall market,
marinaded in michelob light, balsamic vinaigrette, (plus a few other things i found in the kitchen)sprinkled with some emerols seasoning, salt and pepper.
Baked at 425 for about 20 mins.

This tasted pretty good.

bake at 425 for maybe 1.5 minutes and you will have something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuna should be very rare to med. rare

I've cooked tuna a zillion ways and unless yer hitting it for a few seconds on the grill my best results are always searing it in a frypan.

heat the hell out of the skillet and sesame oil and while that's cranking up roll your tuna steaks in sesame seeds after soaking it in soy sauce for a few minutes.

Keep that fresh tuna as raw as possible, overcooked tuna is just dry and chewy.

yah, my favorite is tuna steak sprinkle blackening rub all over it, some soy. Put in a skillet with oil sitting in it as high as your stove will go. 1 minute each side is all you need. perfect and as easy to cook as it gets.

oh, but watch your hands because dropping a tuna steak in sizzling oil is dangerous! oh, and also make sure your fan is on and a window is open because its SMOKEY!
